Becoming the observer of your thoughts, emotions and actions is essential in maintaining a personal resonance of a high vibration. When you master this, your life will become one of great control. Rather than react to thoughts, situations and emotions immediately, let it process. If the reaction does not serve your resonance, don’t do it.
You are not your thoughts! Let the worry of negative ones go. Instead of reacting to everything that you think, become an unbiased observer of your thoughts. Awareness will only happen if you are willing to commit to yourself to be consciously aware of your thoughts. Most people don’t even realize that the majority of their lives are lived in an unconscious state. You have to learn to become observant. Learn to observe and be a witness to every act you do and ever thought that passes through your mind. This is a lot of work but you will find that the more watchful you become your internal chatter will become less and less.
One of the basic principles of “The Law of Attraction”, “The Universal Spiritual Laws” and “The Universal Laws of Karma” is to always be aware of your personal resonance (the energy you project into the world). In this course I will teach you how the following topics affect your thoughts, emotions and reactions which directly affect your personal resonance. The Ego is at work when you are experiencing stress or anxiety. Stress is familiar and tranquility is unfamiliar, so your Ego desires stress. Truly the only stress and anxiety we experience in the world is derived from our thoughts, which create false beliefs. Think about this, you can’t package stress, you can’t touch it and you can’t see it, you only think it. When we allow our thoughts to be come stressful thoughts, we create reactions in our bodies that are valuable messages or signals requesting our attention. To work on combating stress in your life, is at the moment you realize you’re thinking stressful thoughts, immediately discontinue your inner dialogue that’s causing the stress and in mastering this technique, you can prevent physical symptoms to arise from the stressful thoughts. Remember, “thoughts are the Ego’s back of tricks”. In closing, remember to pay attention to how you are feeling. Happiness isn’t some thing in the material world that can be acquired and stored and used when needed or wanted. If it were, I’d give you a lifetime supply that would guarantee a happy life. No—happiness is an attitude that comes from within you. It’s accessible when you place in your imagination an I am statement that reflects your melody, with the simple truth that happiness is indeed an inside job. Happiness is an inner belief that you bring to everyone and everything you undertake, rather than expecting your happiness to come to you from others or from your accomplishments and acquisitions. There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. State your intention to live a happy, contented life; place it squarely in the most prominent place within your imagination, and live from that place as if it were your reality. When circumstances and/or your five senses try to influence you that you’re wrong, gently and with loving confidence let the fearful thoughts drift by like passing clouds as you focus on your nourishing imagination, which cannot be altered without your agreement. What is your authentic power?
It is your inner knowing and inner guidance that allow you to perceive the world from a place of love and trust. People with true authentic power do not judge, criticize or blame anyone or anything else for their emotions, experiences or circumstances. How powerful is that? They take full responsibility for their inner state whether good or bad, as a result of the way they perceive and process life. They choose to see every life experience and emotion as an opportunity to learn something about themselves. When you discover your authentic power, you look within for your source of worthiness, love and security and thus your external reality becomes a reflection of truth, love and trust.
The Opposite of Authentic Power
Those who lack authentic power seek fulfillment from the external world. Lack of authentic power needs continuous validation for what and who they are from external sources. They only feel worthy, secure and loved with validation. These individuals seek fulfillment in life through material possessions and need approval from others to feel successful or needing another’s love to feel worthy. These individuals see themselves as superior to others. The difficulty in living a life of fulfillment through external possessions is that you are never fulfilled. They are in a state of being that is eternally seeking. They have given their power away, because they have placed their power in the hands of things, people and circumstances, believing this will make them happy. Most all of us have been conditioned to seek external power for their happiness and fulfillment. “If I get that job.” “When I get that car.” “When I have this much money in the bank.” “If I can lose 10 pounds.” Are you starting to see the picture? It boils down to looking outside of ourselves to feel worthy, secure and loved. Those who are seeking external power are filling a void of insecurity.
Healing the Perpetual Insecurity
Humanity needs for all of us to become aware of these patterns in order that we can heal the insecurities or deeply embedded false beliefs. It takes courage to go within and find the sources of your pain and suffering. It means being honest with yourself and those involved in your life. Once we are able to take that first step, we can begin to break down the walls to face our fears and insecurities so we can begin to live a truly empowered life with unconditional love and real happiness.
The Path to Authentic Power
The first step to Authentic Power is the willingness to heal those deeply rooted insecurities and fears. It is about learning to master our emotions and taking responsibility for our lives, no blaming. Authentic Power will Set You Free!

For me personally, I feel we can change so much personal inner turmoil if we can stop judging, blaming and criticizing others. If we do not agree with their path in life does that mean they are not deserving of respect and love? Well I see this behavior everyday, the judgments and condemnation by society and we wonder why things will not change? They do not change because of the oppression and the fear of others to stand up to the oppressors.

When you are in a stagnate place and feel stuck, you have to take action to change it, even if the action has nothing to do with why you’re feeling stuck. When you take action it empowers you, giving you the confidence and courage to get up and continue the pursuit of your dreams. When you’re stuck, remind yourself that dead ends create new paths. It doesn’t matter how self-aware you are, we all get ‘stuck’ sometimes. Most of the time we’re resourceful enough to find out what we need to know to move forward but there are those times it is just not that simple. Feeling stuck can take a lot of forms. It can manifest as boredom, the blues, impatience, frustration and even hunger. If you stay stuck long enough, it can translate into more serious things like depression, hopelessness and despair. That is why taking action as soon as possible is so important. Begin by doing something constructive, challenge your thinking and expand your awareness to what is possible in the situation. Most importantly, break the pattern you’re doing at the present, it isn’t working. Identify the source of anxiety that is creating your block. Simply do what you can, take care of yourself, sometimes this simply means go have fun, relax, let go so your mind can release the block.
